At the request of M Dream Inworld Limited (the "Company"), trading in
its shares will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (4/10/2005)
pending the release of an announcement relating to the proposed Change of 
Domicile, Capital Reorganisation, Open Offer and Bonus Issue of shares in 
the Company.
