M DREAM INWORLD<08100> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of M Dream Inworld Limited (the "Company"), trading in
its shares will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (27/7/2004)
pending the release of an announcement in respect of a proposed 
acquisition involving issuance of new shares (such acquisition if 
materialized may constitute a very substantial acquisition of the Company) 
and proposed issue of new shares.
