INWORLD GROUP<08100> - Change of Company Name

Market participants are requested to note that the name of 
Inworld Group Limited has been changed to "M Dream Inworld 
Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary 
shares (stock code: 8100) will also be changed to "M DREAM 
INWORLD" with effect from Wednesday, 23/06/2004.
