INWORLD GROUP<08100> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Inworld Group Limited, trading in its shares will be 
suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (10/3/2004) pending the release 
of an announcement in respect of a proposed major transaction involving 
issuance of new shares.
